Ashley and Steven -- A Winter Love Story

Ashley and Steven met us at one of our 08 weddings and fell in love with our slideshows and music selection.... And we think they liked the photos, too.....

They have a winter wedding planned in Jan. and we recently did their engagement portrait session... These 2 are sooooo much fun.... Ashley loves to pose ... wait to you see her BRIDAL FASHION SESSION !! .... And Steven is laid back with an occasional joke or 2...

Thanks for allowing us to be a part of your special day !!
Here's some of our fav shots from their session !!!

Bill and "A"

We're often asked how we get our cool stylized photos ... Sure "A" does LOTS of PhotoShop work on them --- but our key secret -- ACTIONS!!!

We have several that we use -- but our fav TOTALLY RAD ACTIONS .... they help us create the fun look that so many of our photos have !!! Thanks Doug for some "Totally RAD" actions that help us deliver our stylized look that you all have come to love !!!

We took them to one of our fav spots in town -- the railroad ...

Here, Ashley sneaks in a kiss between shots (she thought -- yes, Bill caught her !!)
Love the texture "A" added in the post production of this portrait ...

As usual, Bill did a great job timing the sunset ...

Awesome shot that "A" got of the 2 of them walking toward the sunset (OK so that's a hokey quote but a good pic !!)

OUR 2 PHOTOGRAPHER PORTRAIT -- TAKE 1 ..

Bill's shot ...

So romantic and so soft ....

"A's" shot just before Ashley turned and closed her eyes ...

OUR 2 PHOTOGRAPHER PORTRAIT -- TAKE 2 ..

Bill's shot ..."A's" shot -- just a little after Bill 's ... Steven having fun with the pose !!

Another great shot Bill caught of the couple ...

A's fav shot of the day...

She just loves the look that Bill captured on Steven's face as he looked into Ashley's eyes ...

The love just radiates from his eyes and smile...

The backlight just makes this photo !!

The ever traditional --- tree pose ...

And of course ... the bling !! Yes, those are her REAL nails ... no press ons here ....

One of our color blended stylized shots ...

Love the faded look with this finish ...

Bill's fav shot of the day....

He loves how "A" gets down at ground level (no comments from those who know her !!) to get some really great shots of our couples...

And the sunset on the grass behind them is just stunning !!
We wish Steven and Ashley the best -- planning and coordinating ...

Stay tuned for Ashley's Bridal session...

And we'll catch them again in Jan. !!

Up and running !!

We are up and running again !!

And so is the email ...

YEAH !!

Kayla and Justin

We traveled to Russellville recently to take these pictures for Kayla and Justin -- one of our 2009 couples...

What a fun couple -- Justin was quiet and Kayla has these stunning eyes !!!
We had a blast -- thanks for a great time you 2 !!

Here's some of our fav shots...

A's fav of the day --
Great shot of the 2 of them ...

Kayla gets tickled at something Justin said ...

We went to Lake Dardenelle for some water shots --
Bill took these across the lake
"A" stylized with some texture and edges !!

"A" caught Kayla looking at the birds up on the stoop off camera and Justin looking at Kayla...

As usual, you have to be ready for anything with us...
As we were driving along, "A" saw this great field and Bill pulled over -- with Kayla and Justin following.... What an awesome scenery for some great "field" shots....
Here's Bill's fav shot of the day ...
He loves the look on Kayla's face looking at Justin...

Silhouetted against the mountains and water....
Kayla wanted to get some railroad shots ...
Bill caught this one of them...

Downtown urban look....
We wish them happy planning and can't wait for the wedding !!
Stay tuned !!

Kristyn - SR '09

We were honored to be asked to help Kristyn capture her SR memories ....

We had a great time -- Kristyn was a riot -- lots of laughs and giggles ...
She enjoyed our fun locations and had a blast for the studio shots...

Our quote for Kristyn . . .

What we are is God's gift to us. What we become is our gift to God. ~Eleanor Powell

Thanks for allowing us to share in your senior year !!

Here's some of our favs from the day ...
See ya' at the preview !!

Kristyn wanted to make sure we got some railroad shots ...
This one turned out really awesome !!

We have 2 - 2 PHOTOGRAPHER SHOTS in this batch

Bill's shot ....

A's shot ...
This is Bill's fav shot of the day...

He liked the color of the sky that "A" caught -- the reflective look ---
And the grass in the foreground...
Says "it looks like one of mine"...

Urbanized look without the grunge...

Our 2nd - 2 photographer shot...

These are so totally different !!

Typical "A" shot -- the formal pose...

Don't you love the setting for this pose ... the lake and the golden sunset on the grass?

And Bill's shot ...

Totally different view ...

Pampas grass in the background ... Reflective look...

Amazing how 2 people can see such different shots !!

Here's one of "A's" stylized photos...

The warehouse door really reflected the afternoon sun and helped to create some great lighting effects..

One of Kristyn's studio shots...

"A" stylized with her Photoshop Action "Golden" ...
This seems to be our Seniors fav stylized action this year ...

Another studio shot that shows off Kristyn's baby blue's...
So blue !! So stunning !!

A's fav shot of the day

She loves how Bill used the tree to create a vignette that draws your eyes attention to Kristyn and Jeff... And the laugh and fun that the 2 are having ....

Great shot Bill !!

Thanks to Kristyn, Jeff, and Kristyn's Mom for a great evening of fun and memories !!

Chris and Amanda

We were honored to be a part of Chris and Amanda's beautiful ceremony at Foster - Robinson House in Little Rock recently...
The flowers were stunning, the dresses and tuxes classic -- and set in such a beautiful location on a beautiful day --- what more could a couple ask for as they begin their lives together...

Here's some of our fav from the day...

The historic house made for some great couple shots....

Here's one of our favorites...

Amanda, her mom, and nieces started the day at Amanda's bridesmaid's Mom's hair salon....
The other girls joined later and they all got "beautiful" together...

Here Amanda helps Ms. Anna with her "make-up".

Before the "gang" all arrived... Judy, Amanda's Mom, read a very special letter that she had written to Amanda... It was so moving and heart-felt...

And of course, the tears flowed....
Amanda and Chris gave their "lil gals" such neat gifts --- crystal ornaments for their Christmas trees ...

Amanda had a special gift of her own for her mom...
Since the Race for the Cure date was changed and moved to Amanda and Chris's big day -- they didn't get to participate in it this year ...
In light of this, Amanda had special ribbons made for her, her mother, and her grandmother -- both of them being breast cancer survivors...
She presented Judy with her ribbon right before she got dressed . . . again a very moving moment during the day...

Here -- Amanda pins her ribbon to the inside of her dress...

Our lovely bride ....

The gals, .... P & M style, but of course -- !!!

While Amanda was getting ready - the guys gathered at Chris's home for some Sat. football...
Chris took time out to take care of the dog... in his tux, no less...
Chris, too, had some very special keepsakes with him for the day... This was a family heir loom that Chris carried with him from his Grandfather ...
While having some fun with the photos, "A" snapped this fun shot -- just for fun -- thinking it wouldn't turn out ... it has become one of our fav shots of Chris -- it reflects his fun loving spirit ...
As the guys waited for the countdown --- they enjoyed some "paper, scissors, rock" games...
We're not sure what was at stake !!

And what's a fall Sat. without calling the HOGS ...

YES -- that "H", "O", "G", "S" spelt out below !!

The guys head over to the ceremony ...
Beautiful flowers by GLAD TIDINGS ...
Absolutely stunning arrangements and bouquets ....

Bill's fav shot of the day ....

Our flower girls ....

hand in hand walking down the aisle ...

Smiling and having a great time ...

OUR 2 photographer shot....
These were taken just a couple of seconds apart according to our cameras time...

Here Chris and Amanda during the ceremony .... "A's" shot....

And Bill's shot at the same time ....

What a great perspective he had for this shot ....

This is "A's" fav shot of the day, too...

He really captured the beauty of the day and the elegance of the Foster Robinson House....

More ceremony ....

The wedding "gang" ... another fun group ... They were so great to make Amanda and Chris's day so enjoyable, memorable, and FUN !!!
Thanks GANG!!

On to the FUN ... the reception ...

Great shot of the "different" toasting glasses the Chris and Amanda had....

It was pure luck that their names were turned to the camera for this great shot ....

Chris even had BATMAN cuff links ... totally RAD !!!

The line dance ....
Bill caught our little girls dancing in the "disco" lights ... they all had a ball ...

And to Amanda and Chris -- our best wishes for a wonderful life together ...

See you at the preview !!!

Thank you again for the honor of being a part of your special day ...

Bill and "A"
